What is it?
littleBits is a electronics and circuit prototyping system that contains 60 various modules that allow for a huge amount of flexibility and creativity. It does not take long to understand that this company is working hard to live up to their mission statement of 'To put the power of electronics in the hands of everyone.'

Why would I use it?
Carolyn Fox, an educator and educational technology blogger, has identified five main reasons why littleBits is 'exciting and different,' which you can read below:
Here is creator, Ayah Bdeir, speaking about her invention:
- Make circuits without soldering, wiring, or programming.
- Fosters spatial reasoning, problem solving and creative thinking.
- Designed with both girls and boys in mind.
- Developed by a forward-thinking and innovation company - ensure continual growth and development.
- Word is spreading through conversation, not advertising.

How do i use it?
Between the two videos above, there really isn't much more to say about the basic use of littleBits. You simply combine modules, always starting with a blue one, in order to reach the goal you have set out.
There are some modules, however, that may be challenging to use effectively. Below you will find playlists outlining the use of logic modules and a large list of 'Tips and Tricks.'
